User Experience

User, lot of thing are hidden in this word. In today's world the users are well aware of WHAT? HOW? they are going to achieve the required goal with not compromosing the End Customers needs. We need to think for the context and the tasks that the USER is going to perform and the output they are going to get once we have desigined a website/software application. It requires experience and communication with the customer inorder to achieve what is required to be made and displayed online. User share their experience and current needs that they want to achieve before we start creating a concept layout.

If an application/website is designed just to add assets to your company considering the effort that a user would require to achieve a simple task it would end up to USERS saying "This is hard to use" "How do I need to add this..???" "How can this functionality be deleted?" Users should not work hard to figure out each click or feature or screen.

What is Usability? More than... being ‘user-friendly', fonts, button colors, text contols.

ISO defines Usability in terms of supporting users in carrying out tasks efficiently, effectively, and satisfactorily.
